Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing new and customized services, and providing event and advertising information. In addition, the personal information may be used to contact the information subject for promotion or sales solicitation of goods or services. The G-Food Show will not use the collected personal information for purposes other than the above except in cases pursuant to related laws and obtaining prior consent from users, and when we use it beyond the scope of use, we will get your prior consent.

Article 3 Consignment of personal information processing and provision to third parties
a. The G-Food Show entrusts the following personal information processing tasks for smooth personal information processing. When consigning a consignment contract, G-Food Show observes responsibilities such as prohibition of processing of personal information other than the purpose of performing consignment tasks, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of consignees, and compensation for damages in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act. It is specified in documents such as contracts and supervises whether the trustee handles personal information safely.

Article 4 Rights and Duties of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercising them
Users can exercise the following rights as a subject of personal information.
a. The information subject can exercise the right to view, correct, delete, and suspend processing of personal information at any time for G Food Show.
b. The exercise of the rights under Paragraph 1 can be done through the website, in writing, e-mail, fax, etc. in accordance with Article 41 Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and we will take action without delay.
c. The exercise of rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 may be done through an agent such as the legal representative of the information subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, the person must submit a power of attorney in accordance with Form 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
d. The rights of the information subject may be restricted in accordance with Article 35 (5) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act to request access to and suspension of processing of personal information.
e. The request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws.
f. G Food Show Co., Ltd. checks whether the person who made the request, such as the request for reading, correction/deletion, or suspension of processing, is the person or a legitimate agent according to the right of the information subject.

Article 5 Destruction of personal information
In principle, G Food Show destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedures, deadlines and methods of destruction are as follows.
a. Destruction procedure
The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB (separate document in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other related laws or immediately destroyed. At this time, the personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose unless it is in accordance with the law.
b. Expiration date
If the retention period of the personal information has elapsed, the user's personal information shall be stored within 5 days from the end of the retention period, when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the achievement of the purpose of processing personal information, the abolition of the service, or the termination of the business, the personal information will be destroyed within 5 days from the date the processing is deemed unnecessary.
c. Destruction method
Information in the form of electronic files uses a technical method that cannot reproduce records. Personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed through incineration.

Article 7 Change of Privacy Policy

a. This is the consent to all coverage, reporting, and use of portrait photography for media companies or G Food Show promotional materials such as interviews, photo and video shooting.
b. By consenting to the use of this portrait right, you allow the company to use the filmed, recorded, and taped scenes and contents for free in video media or other means. In addition, you agree to grant the right to use, publish, broadcast and distribute to use this portrait that the Company retains the copyright in part or in all parts of the scenes in which you appear by means of radio, networks, cable, television programs, printed materials, and other media known or may come into existence without compensation by this permission.
c. The personal information contained in this agreement will not be used for purposes other than media coverage, reporting, support for portrait photography, and production of G Food Show promotional materials.
